This is information I received from Jim about his MX1030C.
It is a very late 1030C that the original owner in Palas Verdes, Ca claims Don told him was the last one he made. 
He said Don was running out of parts and decided to quit. 
The first owner spent a lot of money with Don getting this one fully featured.
 It is serial 0521319, it has the original manual and the 4^th edition software manual from Jan 1989 which is described as created for the Marine core.
 It has the high power kit, blowers, Computer control, extra bandpass filter
